Thursday Evenings at Wonderwell (In Person)

Meditation in person at Wonderwell Mountain Refuge. Sessions with NDF Teachers (a guided meditation, Dharma talk, Q&A) alternate with peer-led sessions (45 minutes lightly-guided meditation, followed by conversation and connection).
We usually meet in the Meditation Hall at Wonderwell. If there is a residential retreat taking place at Wonderwell, we meet at the Farmhouse (365 Philbrick Hill Road, the yellow house on the property just north of Wonderwell on the left).
