A Dharma Meeting is an opportunity to reflect on your meditation practice one-on-one with an experienced teacher. These meeting slots are intended both for people who are already studying with the core teachers of Natural Dharma Fellowship, as a way to get supplemental guidance on their practice, as well as for people who are interested in connecting with Natural Dharma Fellowship and its teachers. We highly recommend that new people consider attending a Dharma teaching or retreat at Wonderwell Mountain Refuge as a way to become familiar with our vessel, teachers, and styles of teaching.
Meet with Lama Liz
Dharma meetings are offered online via Zoom. You may sign up for a maximum of three (3) meetings annually. We encourage you to remain engaged with Lama Liz through attending live retreats and events either online or in person.
Appointments fill up quickly and more time will be posted when Lama Liz’s schedule permits.
When all availability has been booked, a message will appear that says “No times in […month…]. View next month”.

How to schedule a meeting
- Choose a date and click to see availability.
- Select a time, click “next” and follow prompts to fill in contact information and provide answers to the questions listed on the intake form.
- Look for a confirmation email with the subject line “Confirmed: 20-MINUTE Dharma Meeting with Liz Monson” containing meeting information, Zoom link, and other links for your calendar, rescheduling, canceling. It will also include the answers to your intake questions.
- If you don’t see the email, please search using the terms “calendly”, “dharma meeting”, or “lama liz”.
Reschedule or Cancel
If you can’t keep a meeting
- Rescheduling and Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment. After that time, we cannot process these options.
- To reschedule or cancel an appointment, click the “make changes to this event” link in your confirmation email and follow the prompts based on what option you chose.
- To add to your calendar, click the “add to calendar” button to download a file for the event.
- Click the file to open and process into your calendar.
