Intellectual knowledge is endless, and if we’re not aware, our mind’s attachment to answers becomes the very obstacle that keeps us from realizing the boundless and timeless nature of our true self.
The maze of concepts our minds create keeps us roaming around in a place where we will never find our true nature. How does the teaching of the Dharma help us get out of the maze? That is the focus of this workshop.
Dharma Sundays with Natural Dharma Fellowship are now taking place most Sundays. These sessions, led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, include guided meditation, teachings, and time for discussions. A wide range of topics are offered at the discretion of the teacher. On one Sunday per month, we are offering our year-long Dharma Dialogues program during this same time slot.
