We spend most of our lives leaning. Sometimes we are leaning into the past. Sometimes we are leaning into the future. Sometimes we are leaning into solving a problem, or accomplishing a task. Rarely are we standing on this earth in the present moment immersed in what is happening right here, right now. When we do slip into being present, we discover that we have stepped through a portal into a new world, one that is full of possibility, curiosity and wonder.
On this Dharma Sunday, we will explore the portal of presence; why it is powerful, what it does to our sense of being, how it can heal and why it is a practice for our time.
Dharma Sundays with Natural Dharma Fellowship are now taking place most Sundays. These sessions, led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, include guided meditation, teachings, and time for discussions. A wide range of topics are offered at the discretion of the teacher. On one Sunday per month, we are offering our year-long Dharma Dialogues program during this same time slot.
