From a Buddhist perspective, Love is the wish for happiness and well-being, unconditionally without exception. Love is about seeing past our conditioning and expectations. How do we love ourselves and our bodies in this way in order to extend this to others? What if these very bodies are an expression of Love itself? How can we embody it, live it and be it in the world? This is what we will explore through yin-yang yoga, various body practices, meditation, journaling and group interaction.

Yin yoga is a deep, quiet and passive (floor based) practice. Janine’s yang (active) yoga style is gently flowing with a slow and therapeutic approach. Teachings from various traditions and sources along with mindfulness activities, journaling and meditation will enhance the movement practices.
