I have always been a contemplative spiritual seeker, exploring a variety of wisdom traditions including mystic Christianity, Sufism, and Judaism until finally finding my spiritual home in Tibetan Buddhism. In 2019, I discovered NDF and was drawn to join the Margha Program to deepen my capacity to be with experience as it is, and to cultivate a sense of belonging in a community of fellow practitioners.

In my work life, I have practiced as a psychotherapist for the last 30 years. I find it deeply meaningful to sit on the intersection of these two practices – the Buddha Dharma and psychotherapy. I experience them to be complementary spiritual technologies that each help to illumine the conditioning that obscures our deepest nature and guide us to re-member ourselves to the wholeness we already are.

The Margha Program offers a profound curriculum of practices that build incrementally on each other. The deepest gift for me is that these practices are offered and shared within the sanctity of Sangha. Our monthly gatherings offer a precious opportunity to share how the practices are unfolding, both on the cushion and in how we are living our lives. 2025 is my first year as a Mitra. I am deeply grateful and honored for the opportunity to share these rich practices and continue to mature and ripen my ever-evolving capacity to embody the Buddha Dharma.

I am an artist, married, with two adult sons in college, and live in New Hampshire with an English Lab named Oliver and a wee but fierce black cat named Zealand.
