Register for In-Person Dharma Sunday – Turning the Other Cheek: Transforming Self-Aggression into Self-Care (Residential)

July 7, 2024

10:00 am – 12:00 pm ET

This is the residential attendance option for the Dharma Sunday. If you’d like to register for the online option, please click here.

On this Dharma Sunday, we will explore the many manifestations of self aggression that we often unconsciously enact towards ourselves and, by extension, toward others. What does it mean to turn against ourselves and how do those actions of body, speech, or mind limit us in accessing the deeper core of our awakened being? By coming to know our personal habits of aggression towards ourselves, we can step back and reconfigure our relationships to ourselves, recognizing the self’s powerful resilience and capacity to remake itself in the eyes of kindness, care, compassion, and love.

Dharma Sundays with Natural Dharma Fellowship are now taking place most Sundays. These sessions, led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, include guided meditation, teachings, and time for discussions. A wide range of topics are offered at the discretion of the teacher. One Sunday a month, we offer our Dharma Dialogues program.

You are invited to stay for an optional Potluck Lunch, from 12:00-1:30 pm. Please bring a vegetarian option to share.
