Wandering…But Not Lost: A Film Release and Meditation Workshop

Lama Willa Miller, Lama Liz Monson, Paul MacGowan

Join us for a unique two day event coinciding with the public launch of the award-winning documentary "Wandering….But Not Lost." The film follows the journey of Mingyur Rinpoche through his recent four-and-a-half-year wandering retreat. We will begin on Friday night with an interview and Q & A session with the filmmaker Paul MacGowan, followed by a daylong meditation retreat with Lama Willa and Lama Liz on the topic of Bardo, the “in between state” experienced by Mingyur Rinpoche during his journey. Participants in this program will learn how the concept of bardo can help us navigate the more challenging “in between states” of our human life, and how coming to terms with mortality opens the door to freedom.
