Dharma Sunday (7/14)— Joining Meditation and Listening to Enrich Your Conversations (Online)

10:00 am – 12:00 pm ET

Meditation and listening in a conversation share overlapping qualities. Both use awareness to illuminate perceptions of experience and understanding. In this morning meeting you will experientially learn how to use meditative awareness to improve the quality of listening in your conversations. You’ll also practice reflective listening, which focuses on listening to understand rather than to agree or disagree. Reflective listening also fosters empathy and understanding, key cornerstones of enriching conversations.

Dharma Sundays with Natural Dharma Fellowship are now taking place most Sundays. These sessions, led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, include guided meditation, teachings, and time for discussions. A wide range of topics are offered at the discretion of the teacher. On one Sunday per month, we are offering our year-long Dharma Dialogues program during this same time slot.
