1. Join or start a meeting.
2. During the meeting, click Chat .
3. At the bottom of the chat window, click the ellipses. , then click Save Chat. This will save your chat.

1. At the bottom-right on the screen, you’ll see if “Closed Caption” is available.
2. If it is, click Closed Caption, then click View Full Transcript to view the transcript in the side panel of the meeting.
3. At the bottom of that panel, you’ll see a save button.
4. The default is to save to your Documents folder / Zoom / Folder with meeting name, date, and time.

Both of these actions must be done during a meeting if you want to save them.  They cannot be saved, and are not available once you or the Zoom host disconnects.
