The Workshop
The workshop begins with an interview and Q&A session with the filmmaker Paul MacGowan, followed by a daylong meditation retreat with Lama Willa and Lama Liz on the topic of Bardo, the “in-between state” experienced by Mingyur Rinpoche during his journey. Participants in this program will learn how the concept of bardo can help us navigate the more challenging “in-between states” of our human life, and how coming to terms with mortality opens the door to freedom.
