- Open the Natural Dharma App: Launch the app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings: Locate the settings menu within the app.
- Find Account Settings: Look for the option labeled “Account Settings.”
- Request Deletion: Within the account settings, you’ll find an option to request account deletion. Click on it to initiate the process.
Note: This will delete your entire account, which includes access to enrolled resources, the website, and the mobile app.
Once you’ve requested account deletion, our team will review your request promptly. We ensure the removal of your personal information, including account details, preferences, and any user-generated content associated with your account.
Once complete, this request cannot be undone.
After your account deletion request is confirmed, we will retain minimal data necessary for legal or operational purposes. This data will be securely stored and deleted after the specified retention period.
