Mike Hirshland

Mike was originally introduced to meditation through the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. After ten years of mindfulness practice, Mike began seeking a practice not just for quieting the mind, but also providing a path for spiritual growth. This search led Mike to NDF in 2017. 

He has been a participant in the Margha program since, and continues to find each new Margha year rich with fresh challenges and openings. In large part as a result of his Margha practice, Mike has begun bringing more authenticity and vulnerability to his business interactions, and the resulting depth of relationship has had a meaningful impact on his work life. Mike also credits his practice with pushing him further into the ever ongoing challenge of looking inward instead of outward to find and define self.
