A message from Lama Willa

February 19 – March 17, I will be offering an online course at Worldwide Insight, a unique online platform for live, interactive dharma teachings. The course is titled Your Mind is the Guru: The Practice of Natural Awareness. I don’t know about you, but I long externalized the qualities of enlightenment that I am so keenly seeking. In this course we will explore together the urge to seek refuge and support, along with the teachings of the teachings that encourage us to find awakening in this very present moment, in this body-heart-mind just as it is. How do we balance these two modes of contemplative life: the relational and the self-reliant? I am excited to explore this topic with others, in this new international and ecumenical forum. For those who cannot make any or all of the dates, no worries. You can attend it at your leisure after the live course! It remains online in perpetuity.

The course can be accessed from the comfort of your own home or anywhere there is internet.
