When will resources be available?
AFTER THE EVENT has concluded, recordings are processed by volunteers and then uploaded to the website. This process takes 7-10 days after the event concludes.
Once uploaded, resources will show up automatically if you have an existing user account. If you do not see them on your account Dashboard within the time frame above, please email
NOTIFICATIONS
You will receive a notification when resources have been added to your account. If you do not have an account established at the resources are available, our system will automatically create one for you and you’ll received a notification to set a password for the new account. It’s essential to be sure the email address you use to register matches the email for your user account. Otherwise, your resources will be scattered through multiple accounts and missing from your main account.
ONGOING EVENTS – Depending on when you register for an event (course or series), or when your user account is created, there may be a short wait to be connected to the resource you paid for.
