    IMPORTANT User Account Information

    Your user account is the portal through which you will access all paid resources.  You must sign in to this account to view and listen to recordings.

    We recommend that you create an NDF User Account at the time you register for an event using the same email address used to register.  You may start that process on our website by visiting the Create an Account page.

    TECH TIP: We use registration lists to assign resources to user accounts.  The email addresses used for event registration must match the email address used for establishing your User Account. Otherwise, we cannot add resources to your account.

    If you do not have a user account set up at the time resources are assigned to you, our system will create one for you under the address you used to register.  You will be sent a notification that outlines next steps.

    Registering for an event and having resources assigned to your user account are two independent processes that do not happen simultaneously. We have a staff of volunteers who process the recordings and post them to your dashboard. Please read “Recording Availability” for more details.
